Census Bureau states that the City has a total area of 12.8
sq miles of which .5 sq miles is water, the rest is land.
Northern boundary is the border between
Broward and Palm Beach counties and on the north side is West Boca Raton. Coconut
Creek is to the east, Coral Springs to the south and on the west is The
Everglades.
The 2010 Census states there are 35% under the age of 18, 4.3% from 18
to 24, 32.8% from 25 to 44, 24% from 45 to 64 and 3.8% age 65 or older. Median age is 36. Median household income was $177,072 and
estimate median house value was $873,176.
